You do not need to understand websites to work with us. You just need to know what your business does and who your customers are. We handle everything else.
Step 01
Review
You tell us about your business. We look at what you currently have online — your Google Maps listing, your social media, any existing website — and identify exactly what is working and what is costing you enquiries.
Step 02
Meeting
We get on a short call or exchange a few messages to agree on the scope. We confirm which package fits your situation, align on the pages and content needed, and set a realistic timeline. You will know exactly what you are getting before we start.
Step 03
Website Plan & Build
We build your website to the agreed brief. When it is ready for your review, we share a preview link. You give us feedback — as specific or as general as you like — and we refine until it is right. We do not launch until you are satisfied.
Step 04
Launch
Your site goes live on your domain. We connect your Google Maps listing, verify the WhatsApp enquiry path works correctly, and confirm local SEO is properly configured. Once you are live, the website is yours.

Things people ask before they start.
Do I need to prepare any content before we start?
Not formally. If you have photos, a logo, or existing copy you want to use, bring them. If you do not, we can work with what is publicly available about your business and write the copy ourselves.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes. Every site we build is designed for mobile first. Over 90% of local search in Malaysia happens on a phone, so this is non-negotiable for us.
What happens if I want to change something after launch?
Minor text and image updates in the first 30 days are included. After that, changes are handled on a per-request basis or through a monthly Retainer if you prefer ongoing support.
Who controls my domain and hosting?
You do. We require that your domain is registered under your own account from the start. We never hold your domain or content hostage.
How is this different from a WordPress website?
WordPress requires ongoing plugin updates, security patches, and maintenance. Our websites are lightweight, fast-loading, and require no maintenance knowledge from you. We also build specifically for the local enquiry journey, not for general content publishing.
What is the annual renewal for?
Hosting and infrastructure. It keeps your site online, fast, and backed up. RM199 for the Landing Page, RM299 for the 5-Page Website.
